I want to calm my brain.
Too much thinking.
Thought to thought to though.
Like a damn monkey in my head.
Yoga helps a little. Alcohol helps alot.
Which is why I never EVER drink when I feel like I must have a drink!
It is also why I haven’t been replenishing my home bar. I’m sharing copious amounts of alcohol with friends and slowing my consumption down to a mild roar.
